It was a deserved victory but not in the best of fashions as the
gentlemen from Sofoline failed to answer correctly all the Organic
Chemistry questions.
Prempeh in action on Republic Day
It seems to be the only Achilles heel of the boys who have a firm grip
on Biology, Physics and Mathemathcs.
The beginning of the contest was really hot with both schools winning
their first three questions. Prempeh led the first round with 19 points
while GHANASS had 11.
The second round which involves Applied Science brought the best in
Russ who made mince meat of all the Biology questions to the delight
of everyone including the quiz mistress.
Prempeh could not finish the problem of the day as the quiz mistress
herself found it difficult explaining the Physics question that was
posed. The boys could not answer any of thd Organic chemistry asked.
Prempeh had 5 out of 10 wth GHANASS getting 1/10 for the attempt.
Prempeh had by then overcome the fright and inferiority complex.
Michael answered all the Round 4 questions save one.
Ghanass had two of the riddles right while Prempeh scored 9 out of the
remaining three.
In the end Prempeh had 70 while GHANASS had 49.
The boys were down because they could not reach their target of thd 90
mark region.
That is what they intend doing against St. francis Xavier on Friday.
The boys asked Quizmaster Kupo to find them an Organic Chemistry teacher immediately.
Prempeh contestants were not taught by the teachers; only the Physics master Francis Kupo
taught the boys. This is why they struggle with Organic concepts. And that encapsulates
all that is despicable about the buffoon serving as our Headmaster today - a man whose
only known mission is to secure wealth. We will be dealing with him again.
