contest.
This year, one of the favourites for the title, St Peters have been knocked out in the
first round of the
National Science and Maths Quiz by Mfantsiman Girls. The girls dominated
from the first round to the very last round.
The St Peters' boys were seen making a whole lot of noise yesterday in their
room as to how they were going to "whip" the girls and set a new record of marks
in the NSMQ. What they would rather do now is to head home to Nkwatia and prepare better.
Next year, St Peter's will not be in the contest as the rule states.
St Thomas Aquinas won but with their hearts in their mouth as St John's took
them to the last riddle and last question of the day before they succumbed to defeat.
Prempeh College's contest which is the penultimate of the 1/16th take place
next week Tuesday, the very same day our friends from Santasi take on Konongo Odumasi. The boys are
ready for battle but
need all Amanfoo in the country to come and rally behind them.
